Even more ways to add some style to a maxi dress for the fall season

High/Low Hem Jersey Tank Dress

There are so many ways you can dress up a maxi dress we had to revisit it.  Maxi dresses are one of the most versatile pieces of clothing you can find.  You can always add something to change the look up and make it your own.  The following tips will help you pick out your wardrobe.  Don’t pack your maxi dresses away for the fall, layer them for a whole new look.
For instance, you a maxi dress in navy blue can be dressed up with a nice white jacket or button down shirt.  Tie it at the waist or add a brown belt and shoes and you have the perfect fall outfit.
If you want to be a rebel you can wear white after Labor Day as described above.  You can add a splash of color to a white maxi dress with dark shades of brown, red, or orange for a smooth fall look.

'Vienna' Blouson Maxi Dress

Your summer maxi dress with floral prints can be transitioned to fall with an under shirt and thin jacket on top.  Remember to match colors that will tone down the summer feeling and add undertones for a fall look.  Colors such as brown, dark green, and orange are nice subtle fall colors.
Sometimes a summer maxi dress is just perfect for the fall.  As is the case with a leopard print maxi dress.  Add an over sized solid brown or beige sweater and you’re ready for the fall.

'Nora' High Neck Maxi Dress

Strapless maxi dresses are the easiest ones to transition.  Great for keeping cool in the summer, they are a great foundation for the fall.  Add a long navy tunic to a black maxi dress and a few bangles and you have a nice fall look.  Add some oxford shoes for a dressier look.

A cheap maxi dress is a great foundation and Fzillion.com has several to choose from.
